Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of lens, operated by SuperSmall LLC (Seattle, WA). By using lens you agree to them.

1. The service. lens performs read-only audits of websites and code repositories and returns a report. Audits are informational — not a guarantee of security, compliance, or correctness, and not professional advice.
2. Eligibility + your responsibility. You may submit a target only if you own it or are authorized to audit it (see the Acceptable Use Policy). You are solely responsible for the targets you submit.
3. Tokens + payment. lens runs on prepaid tokens ($19 per 1,000 tokens). Tokens never expire. A run debits tokens based on size/scope, quoted before you confirm.
4. Refunds. Used tokens are non-refundable. Wholly-unused token packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase — email support@supersmall.ai. Chargebacks/disputes result in clawback of any unspent tokens.
5. Acceptable use. The AUP (below) is incorporated by reference. Violations may result in suspension.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSmall's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
7. Termination. Either party may terminate; we may suspend for AUP violations or non-payment.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified.
9. Governing law. Washington State, USA; venue in King County (Seattle).

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• You may audit targets you own or have explicit authorization to audit. For a public site URL, you affirm you have the right to audit it. Repository audits require verified ownership/access (GitHub connection or token).
• Our crawler is read-only, identifies itself as lens-bot, and respects robots.txt.
• You may NOT use lens to scan, probe, attack, or test systems you do not own or aren't authorized to assess; circumvent another party's security or access controls; conduct high-volume/abusive scanning; or resell the service without authorization.
• We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
